Quo Vadis to open QV bar in January

We’re liking the sound of the new QV Bar opening on the ground floor of Quo Vadis in January. According to a press release the bar will be run by award-winning mixologist Paul Mant, who’s presided over the bar at the Quo Vadis members’ club for the past few years.

The bar will have its own bar menu featuring such delights as salt cod fritters with tartar sauce and Montgomery Cheddar and smoked Trealy Ham toasted sandwich. For burger fantatics there’ll be a special QV Burger on offer, served up with triple cooked chips.

Quo Vadis owners Sam and Eddie Hart are keeping it in the family when it comes to the bar’s design - they’re bringing their mum in to do it. Stefa Hart runs an interior design consultancy in Rutland and was responsible for the look behind the family’s Hart hotel in Nottingham and Boodles club in London.
