Forget celebrating Harvest Festival with a random selection of assorted canned fruit. Head over to Dalston instead where East London chocolatiers Niko B Organic Chocolates are going to be hosting a very special dessert pop-up dining club at the boutique Avo Hotel this September
The Hackney-based chocolate makers will be putting together a four-course 100% organic, 100% dessert bespoke menu to be held at the Avo on Sunday 25 September 2011. The menu will include a chocolate & raspberry mint truffle cocktail with organic vodka and crushed raspberries, harvest cocoa cake with hibiscus glaze served with roasted plum clotted cream ice-cream and seasonal petit fours - a range of seasonal truffles and confections inspired by end-of-summer flavours served with champagne. The meal ends with a pear & verbena pavlova served with a dark chocolate sauce. There'll also be a chocolate making demonstration.
The dessert pop-up will take place at the Avo Hotel on 25 September 2011 between 3-5.30pm. Tickets cost £18 (although there are limited £14 tickets available if you book early).
