Artesian bar at The Langham launches a SNAX tapas menu

snax main

It's already one of the best bars in London (and currently top of the World's 50 Best Bars list) but now Artesian at The Langham looks like it now has a bar snack menu to match its creative cocktails. Launched this summer, the hotel's Executive Chef Chris King, in consultation with Michel Roux Jr, has brought out SNAX, a new tapas style menu at the hotel bar.

It's part of a much bigger deal with the Roux family across the hotel, but it was inspired by the bar's recent ‘Surrealism’ cocktail menu. As with places like Bao and The Richmond - you get a little pre-printed waiter's pad for you to note down your pick of the 14 dishes on offer.

And what dishes! The descriptions include 'hearts of palm, vadouvan curry, dates’, ‘calamari, sweetcorn, furikake and ‘seaweed-sesame sablés salted caramels’. And they look quite startling.

The SNAX menu is now available at Artesian at The Langham, 1C Portland PLace, London, W1B 1JA
