Canary Wharf's dining out scene, particularly around Wood Wharf, has seen a big improvement over the last few years. And now there's another new opening that looks set to continue that trend. Mama Li is all about Cantonese roast meats and, following their Tower Bridge and London Wall openings, they're coming to Canary Wharf next.
The main event here will be their Siu Mei roasted meats with four to choose from, crispy pork, BBQ pork, soy chicken and roasted duck (or go for a mix of up to three all together) alongside rice or vegetables. They'll also be adding a bigger soup noodle range to their Canary Wharf offering, with roast duck lai fun and wonton noodle soup new to the menu. And on top of those, you'll also find bolo bao with butter, golden scrambled egg with char siu and rice, and salt and chilli pork chop with rice.
This Mama Li will have a bigger dine-in area than the others, but it'll also be an extremely handy grab-and-go place for Canary Wharf workers.
