They've only just opened in Stoke Newington, but the great Sonora Taqueria are already getting ready for their first big collaboration. Sonora's Michelle Salazar de la Rocha and Sam Napier are teaming up with Yard Sale for La Sonorense, on sale at all Yard Sale Pizza locations throughout July.
That special pizza is a take on their bestselling taco so it's topped with their beef barbacoa, which is slow-cooked in a variety of spices including Guajillo and Pasilla Mexican chiles. Alongside that, the pizza comes with red onions, fior di latte mozzarella, fresh jalapenos and is finished with Sonora’s house salsa verde, all served on the classic Yard Sale tomato base. Yes, it's absolutely something you'll want to have.
If you can't quite make it up to Sonora's new Stoke Newington taqueria in the next few weeks, you should absolutely be ordering this pizza instead from any of the Yard Sale branches instead.
