It's something we've personally wanted to see happening for a while now, and the time is finally here - Borough Market is going to start opening on Sundays.
The market has been six days a week for as long as we can remember, and most non-local Londoners will only have been there on the very busy Saturday market. The extra day extends the market only - street food stalls won't be part of the mix (with the exception of Borough Market Kitchen).
You'll have a reduced window though - it's only going to be open from 10am-2pm on Sundays. But there will be 40 producers on hand, with meats, fish, fruit & veg, bread & baked goods and store cupboard essentials - plenty for your shopping needs.
