Islington's Homeboy adds a new Irish-influenced menu (yes, there are curry chips)

homeboybar

Islington's Homeboy bar is getting a new menu - and it's still got an Irish flavour to it. They've brought in chef Michael Williams (ex Chiltern Firehouse) and he's adding new dishes to the menu that include:

  • Homeboy Buffalo ‘Nugs’, made using nuggets of buttermilk fried chicken and served in Homeboy’s own buffalo sauce using Irish whiskey
  • Curry Chips with Ireland’s favourite classic curry sauce McDonnell’s
  • A new deluxe three-cheese toastie - white crusty thin loaf bread, mature white cheddar, Gruyere cheese, Parmesan
  • Irish soda bread covered in Kerrygold butter layered with Jameson cured smoked salmon

So if you fancy pairing those with one of their whisky cocktails or, even better, a perfect pint of Guinness, that new menu is available Wednesday - Sunday.
