The Arches is Bethnal's Green's newest eating and drinking quarter

640east

A Hot Dinners exclusive

The development of East London's railway arches into places to eat and drink (as opposed to get your car fixed) continues apace with the latest section by Bethnal Green opening over the bank holiday weekend.

The Arches at Malcolm Place currently features three places to eat or drink. We Are Tap Room say they're serving up the best of East London’s breweries on 24 taps. Then there's Drop Yard - an urban coworking and events space.

Joining them is the latest opening from 640 East which is serving up Caravan coffee by day - with kids and pets both equally welcomed. Then at night they switch over to drinks from a rotating tap menu of wine, spirits or their Bubbles menu - everything from Cava, Prosecco and other sparkling wines. There's no kitchen on site yet but they are running the occasional supperclub with wine suppliers Modest Merchant on the last Thursday of every month.
