Battersea favourite Powder Keg Diplomacy is being reborn as POWDERKEG. And with the new look and name they're also getting former Opera Tavern chef Ben Mulock in the kitchen for some Spanish/Italian grill dishes.

Whitechapel is set to get a trendy new hotel by the name of the New Road Hotel, that’s going to have a flash new restaurant built in which will have chef/entrepreneur/TV star Marco-Pierre White looking after the food.

After getting off to a great start down in Tooting, Brick and Liquor has made the move to Clapham to open their next branch of his cocktail bar. It's larger, with seats for 100, has a decently sized menu for bar snacks, and serves brunch (including a full English with savoury pancakes) on the weekend.

Summing it all up:Adam Handling is bringing his Frog concept from Spitalfields to Covent Garden.

The Barcelona beach restaurant Mamarosa migrates to the new Shoreditch Village space. Expect a mix of Mediterranean and Italian cuisine (but no beach views). 

This is the latest Caravan to come to London. Part of Bloomberg Arcade, it's bringing new dishes and a brand new brunch menu along with it.

History buffs can celebrate the days gone by with the British-themed food and drink at The Lampery, a new restaurant that draws inspiration from Samuel Pepys’ favourite foods, who was a former resident on the same street.

Evans & Peel are building off their Earl’s Court venue to create the Pharmacy, a new bar in Chiswick where visitors will be led through a secret entrance way into the hidden bar. There’ll be passwords, classic American grub and of course, Old Fashioneds.
