gingerpigTo celebrate the launch of their new cookbook, The Ginger Pig threw a rather splendid party last night in Hackney. As you'd expect from one of London's finest butchers, they laid out a spread full of meaty treats for guests to enjoy.

Never afraid to get stuck in, Hot Dinners tried rabbit and pork belly pâté; a selection of hams and chutneys; pork and black pudding pie; and, the crowning glory, a giant pie of pork, chicken and apricot (pictured), which was every bit as good as it looks.
