Cafe Murano has already launched deliveries and meal kits - but now Angela Hartnett's flagship, Michelin-starred restaurant, Murano, has also just launched a brand new at-home kit and it's going big on truffles.
The kit, put together by Angela Hartnett and Murano chef Emily Brightman has some of the restaurant's classics as courses - but you can add on as much Umbrian white truffles from Meera Cortesi as you can handle and shave it over every course if you fancy (a truffle slicer is included).
Here's the menu:
- Focaccia & olive oil
- Fresh tagliatelle with truffle butter - or Polenta ravioli with truffle butter
- Braised feather blade of beef with crushed celeriac
- Vacherin with confit potatoes
- Buttermilk panna cotta
And yes - they say you could even shave truffle over the panna cotta...
