Also in July we saw Sackville's opening in Mayfair - their special menu section devoted to burgers featured five poshed up burgers including George’s Black Burger – Wagyu patty on a dark truffle brioche bun, buttered with foie gras mousse and served with a truffle mayonnaise and The Fat Pat – a Wagyu patty and Angus patty with tomato relish, peppered pancetta and melted Emmental.
