The restaurant is a labour of love from brothers Ed and Ben Robson who are basing the concept on recipes handed down to them by their Austrian grandparents. The schnitzels in question will be cooked using the finest British rose veal, free-range chicken and rare breed pork.
"The shared tables, austere interior and plate glass windows of this caff may not make it an ideal destination for a hot date, but for a proper Wiener Schnitzel (made with rosé veal), Boopshi’s takes some beating." READ REVIEW
