Would you describe yourself as an honest person? One way to really put that to the test is with the return of Vinery London next month. This irregular pop-up boasts that it's the only honesty wine bar in London where they trust you to pay what you think you should.
The idea is that you buy a ticket (£7.50) which gives you entry plus a wine glass which you can then top as much as you like throughout the evening. When you head off into the night,
BAO Fitz is kicking off the Autumn with a series of late-night bar takeovers, every one of which sounds worth attending. They've invited three really interesting bars from across the globe to London. Each will be in town for one night when they'll serve up a special drink and BAO will be pairing that with dishes including - wait for it - a one-off katsu sando creation. Each drink will then be on offer for the following week.
The New York Lyaness experience - without all that lighting stuff at the top you'd honestly think it's the same as...
This bar looks like Lyaness. It serves the same drinks as Lyaness.

When one of our favourite pubs teams up with one of our favourite food folk, you'd better expect us to sit up and take notice. Next week sees a mashup between Highgate's Red Lion and Sun pub and everyone's favourite sandwich maestro Max Halley from Max's Sandwich Shop.
Max will be taking over the food for one night only at the recently refurbed North London pub, serving up an evening menu of two epic-sounding
We've done the legwork for you with everything you need for a great summer from the new alfresco spots for eating and drinking, great takeaway picnics and ice-cream specials to look out for on sweltering days.

Sainsbury's is getting into the pop-up business - but they're doing it with a difference. For two days, they're taking over The Old Crown Public House in Holborn and turning it into a low/no alcohol pub. The maximum alcohol level you'll be able to reach in the pub will be 0.5 ABV.
Those drinks will include Celtic Soul, essentially a no-alcohol
At this time of the year, ice-cream pop-ups are ten a penny in London, but we have to say The House of Ice Cream that opens today in Farringdon has got our attention. The two week pop-up by Fuller's Kitchen, next to The Conductor pub, has been timed to launch ahead of National Ice-cream Day and will be serving up ice cream with a side of chips, chicken and hot sauce.
Choose from two mains - ice cream and fries or with fried chicken, desserts consist of
Starting in July, Tate Modern's latest exhibition is Olafur Eliasson: In real life - from the artist who brought us The Weather Project in the Tate's Turbine Hall (that was the one with the big sun suspended in the middle). But he's not just bringing over an exhibition, he's bringing a restaurant too.
Guaranteed to keep you awake through summer, the Espresso Martini Society is back with their latest pop-up, running four weekends from July - August.
As well as getting your hands on all the espresso martinis you could ever want, there's a summer theme to the latest pop-up. So there will be a new selection of frozen espresso martinis, boozy coffee shakes or a strawberry cheesecake hard shake. On top of that, there
Yes, we really would like a doughnut with soft-serve ice cream on top. While we'd frankly have one of these for breakfast, we'll have to wait until August when Treats Club launches as the latest pop-up to hit Old Street.
They've been appearing on Chatsworth Road Market, serving up doughnuts featuring their home-made jams, sauces, marshmallow fluff and honeycomb. Their doughnut sundaes are
What's the most popular restaurant in London? Or indeed the UK? We'd be hard pressed not to give that plaudit to Nando's which has a legion of fans (and yes, we've been known to pop in from time to time too). Those fans will be very pleased to hear about the Nando's summer pop-up coming to Shoreditch in August.
And the biggest reason for the excitement will be the appearance of the Nando's brunch.
If you missed Lucky and Joy on any of their recent residencies, then July is a time to make up for that. Led by Pete Kelly and chef Ellen Parr, they'll be back serving up regional Chinese food at La Despensa in Second Home Spitalfields. Their favourites will be on the menu as well as new dishes inspired by recent trips to China. We were rather impressed
We're about to hit the peak season for summer pop-ups in London and, down by the Thames, there's something fishy going on.
Butlers Wharf Chop House have done a deal with Nyetimber and Colchester Oysters and have opened a riverside Oyster Shack for the summer. You'll find the shack just inside the restaurant's entrance where for the duration of the summer months it'll be keeping things simple serving up just two
As the weather takes a turn for the better again (looks out the window - not yet) this new mash-up at Selfridges may be just the thing. Popping up at the Snowflake gelato shop for a few weeks is a mash-up between Blondies Kitchen and Snowflake Gelato - an ice cream and cookie pop-up.
On offer is:
What makes a pub, the world's most ethical pub? Well according to The Green Vic, which is opening in Shoreditch and billing itself as just that, it's "where everything you buy and use has a positive environmental and social impact."
The pub is popping up for three months at Iron Bloom on Great Eastern Street. On their drinks list you'll find libations that, between them, support over 40 individual non-profit charities. So you can sup a pint of Brewgooder craft
