Dan Doherty, executive chef of the Duck and Waffle is a busy chap. Over the past year he's also been busy running a series of supperclubs for his Sprout concept, he then became a dad and now he's taking on the world of TV.
In an Instagram post at the weekend, Doherty revealed that he's joining the judges panel of the new Mary Berry
It's always been a great showcase for some of the UKs top restaurants (and a close look at how the chefs work) and soon The Great British Menu is making a return to BBC, starting on BBC2 later in the summer. This year the chefs will be cooking a dinner to celebrate 100 years of the Women's Institute at Drapers Hall in London (hence the portait referencing that calendar).
