Well we've been wondering where Francesco Mazzei would turn up, having left his City restaurant L'anima in Spring after seven years in the kitchen there. Today we have news that he's going to be chef patron of Sartoria restaurant on Savile Row in Mayfair.
Sartoria will shut for an extensive refurbishment from August 31 with plans to relaunch later this year. When it re-opens, he'll be serving dishes
