• Vegan restaurant Wulf and Lamb lands in Sloane Square

  With help from Franco Casolin, formerly of famous veggie Vanilla Blacks, Wulf & Lamb is bringing creative vegan cuisine to Sloane Square, where ackee fruit meets burritos and Ruby's of London provides animal-product free doughnuts.

• Middle Eastern-inspired Torshi comes to Tottenham bar Five Miles

  In the relatively un-gentrified world of Seven Sisters, there's precious little in the way of new openings. But now, Torshi's shown up in new warehouse venue Five Miles to change that, with its Middle Eastern-style cuisine, mounds of homemade dips and a literal wall of craft beers for you to choose from.

• The Racketeer cocktail bar to open in Kings Cross

  This October will see the official opening of The Racketeer, a new cocktail bar / wine shop in Kings Cross. The pub, which was once The Carpenters Arms, has been given a revamp and restored to its Victorian Glory. Completely restored, the venue is now run by an experienced team who’ve spent more than 20 years honing their craft in bars across London.

• Arnaud Stevens brings laid-back PLATE to Shoreditch's M by Montcalm

  Inside Shoreditch's giant M by Montcalm hotel (the one with the optical illusion windows - you know what we mean), there's a new restaurant by the name of PLATE from very well-connected chef Arnaud Stevens. Inside, they'll forgo tablecloths and sommeliers in the name of casual dining, and include a downstairs bakery that'll serve a bread flight with matching butters.

• The City gets its own Vinoteca, and it'll live in Bloomberg Arcade

  Thirsty City workers can avail of a hefty wine list at Vinoteca’s newest location, nestled between the two Bloomberg buildings. There’ll be a central bar, a mezzanine, and even the option to wine and dine alfresco, if the weather cooperates… 

• Bombay Bustle is coming to Mayfair from the team behind Jamavar

  There's every reason to get excited about this new opening from Jamavar chef Rohit Ghai. Inspired by the street food of Mumbai, the new restaurant offers lunchtime tiffins, with a menu and is packed full of exciting, seasonal ingredients we've never heard of cooked, by someone who definitely knows what he's doing.
