  Mamasons are best known for their Filipino “dirty" ice cream stores (that's the nickname used to describe ice cream made in a steel drum with ice and salt).   They've been closed all week but now we know what Neighbour in Kentish Town has been planning. They're switching their offering and turning into more of a burger joint.
