• There's an alfresco Oktoberfest beer hall taking over Paddington's Pergola this autumn

  

  We may be some way away from Oktoberfest, but Pergola Paddington will be starting off the festivities a little earlier. From mid-September, they're transforming into Wunderbar - an alfresco Bavarian-style beer hall.

  What does this mean in practice? First up, there will be a lot of beer. They're teaming up with Camden Town Brewery to create an exclusive Oktoberfest Lager

  They mastered the cheese conveyor belt, a cheese bar and a cheese truck. Next up for The Cheese Bar folk is is cheese on water in the shape of The Cheese Barge. They're mooring a specially designed barge in Paddington and creating a very cheesy menu for it.

  Pergola Paddington has just announced its return for 2019 and it looks like west Londoners are in for another good summer of food and drink.
