The kitchen champions locally sourced produce, with meats from award-winning butchers HG Walter taking centre stage. On the menu you’ll find 28-day aged beef sirloin, chicken supreme and crispy pork belly, each served with seasonal vegetables and bottomless duck fat roast potatoes and Yorkshire puddings. For vegetarians, there’s a mushroom and black bean en-croute. To finish, expect comforting British classics such as sticky toffee pudding or a sharing apple crumble.
To complement the food, The Gun has also launched a new cocktail menu — crafted to sit beautifully alongside a long, leisurely Sunday roast.
