FOWL restaurant celebrates the nation’s favourite bird through an all-in, beak-to-feet menu concept. Chefs Will Murray and Jack Croft source the best possible pasture-raised and soy-free birds from farms that practise regenerative agriculture. And that means one thing - loads of flavour.
The menu includes blooming mushrooms, kimchee toasties and their signature FOWL burger with black pepper ranch. For dessert, don't miss their Guinness soft serve.
