Now, the Bakehouse is entering a new chapter with Crust & Cuvée, its evening concept launching Saturday 14 June. As night falls, the counter transforms, and the bakehouse glows with candlelight. From Thursday to Saturday, guests can enjoy small seasonal plates - like grilled sourdough with whipped herb butter, seared scallops with Kai Caviar, and nduja focaccia - paired with organic wines and barrel-aged cocktails.
From responsibly sourced ingredients to a zero-waste ethos, Crust & Cuvée brings the same care and craft to the evening table. It’s a new way to experience Heath Street Bakehouse - after hours.

Heath Street Bakehouse are giving Hot Dinners readers the chance to win a meal for four people to experience Crust & Cuvée, their new evening menu. Your prize will include a cocktail per person (choose from their barrel-aged cocktails – Thyme negroni, Boulevardier, Spiced pear Old Fashioned) seasonal small plates for four people, and a bottle of wine.
Terms and conditions:
- The competition is open for entries from 12-26 June 2025.
- Guests must all be over 18.
- Entries will not be accepted from employees of Heath Street Bakehouse or their families. Entries will not be accepted from associated organisations or service providers.
- The winner will be randomly chosen and contacted within three working days of the competition closing date.
- The prize is a meal for four people at Crust & Cuvee with cocktail to start, seasonal small plates for four people and a bottle of wine, and is subject to availability. Available from 6pm – 10pm, Thursday – Saturday
- The prize must be redeemed within six months of the winner being announced.
