As the year draws to a close and after the Hot Dinners Awards, it's time for you to have your say. We've counted up the votes and now's the time to find out who won the readers' vote for Best New Restaurant of 2015.
Hot Dinners readers best new restaurant of 2015 - Oldroyd
Tom Oldroyd's Islington restaurant, his first since leaving the Polpo group, was a clear winner. It's gained lots of fans since it opened (ourselves included) and gained a LOT of support in our reader vote. We caught up with Tom Oldroyd to give him the news: "HOLY CRAP!! That's so bloody amazing. Wow. I'm a bit speechless actually. To be voted number one by the people that really matter (customers) and in a year of such fantastic openings is beyond brilliant."
