Apparently July is National Icecream Month, which may be a slightly spurious PR scheme, but is proving a rather excellent source of inspiration to London chefs it seems.

These rather wonderful looking creations are the clotted ice-cream and raspberry ripple doughnut sliders currently being served up at maze Grill Park Walk and maze Grill Royal Hospital Road. They cost £8 and come with toasted pistachios and chocolate sauce, as a special addition to the dessert menu throughout July.
