Having only just opened in Shoreditch, Beijing street food restaurant Mamalan's Ning Ma is about to launch their special series of Dumpling takeovers, starting with Duck & Waffle's Dan Doherty.
He's created - naturally - the Duck Dumpling. That brings together duck, salted cabbage, warming spiced duck broth, roasted chili oil with fragrant coriander and spring onion. As he says "I am a big fan of Asian food and it has been a pleasure to work and collaborate with NIng Ma. I adore dumplings so the opportunity to do this was really great, especially using one of my favorite ingredients, duck."
You'll be able to order these dumplings from 14 - 30 November at £6 for 3 pieces at all the Mamalans - Shoreditch, Clapham, Dalston, Brixton, East Village and Croydon. And watch out for more takeovers from top chefs soon. For more, follow them on Twitter @MamaLans.
