- Porsche Hotel - yes, that's right, the people behind the sports cars are getting into the hotel business
- Wagyumafia are allegedly bringing their VERY expensive sandwiches to London - with both a sandwich shop and a butcher's kitchen.
- The Trellis skyscraper, currently being built, will have a high-rise restaurant.
