Every Hot Dinners reader who votes for their best new restaurant opening of 2025 will be entered into a prize draw to win a meal for two at Kioku by Endo, the acclaimed high-end Japanese restaurant located at the top of the historic Old War Office (The OWO),
Located on the rooftop of the Old War Office, the restaurant boasts stunning panoramic views across central London, including Whitehall, Covent Garden and Westminster.
