Anna Haugh takes over from Monica Galetti on MasterChef: The Professionals

A week after Monica Galetti stepped back from MasterChef: The Professionals to concentrate on her family and restaurant, the BBC have found her replacement.

Step forward Anna Haugh. 

Haugh has been best known for her stint on Ready Steady Cook and Saturday Kitchen and also for Chelsea restaurant Myrtle, a restaurant which marries a modern European style with more than a little Irish influence. We recently took the restaurant for a Test Drive.

There's still no news on when to expect the next seriesof Masterchef The Professionals, but expect it sometime in the autumn.
