Cornerstone is selling its salmon pastrami and trout ham

cornerstone selling its own cured fish

This weekend, Hackney restaurant Cornerstone had its second birthday. But as they're currently closed for business, it was a bit of a quiet affair, marked only with a post on Instagram by chef and owner Tom Brown.

While the restaurant itself is closed, clearly Tom wants to keep busy so he's been making his 'sea-cuturie' cured salmon and trout available for pick up from his restaurant. The salmon pastrami and chalk stream farm trout ham is cured in a blend of Cornerstone signature spices and aromatics using high grade fish from Bethnal Fisheries.

As Tom explains: "I don’t have the mental capacity or patience to work out about deliveries so it’s collection only I’m afraid". The fish is £10 for 150g, can be picked up at Cornerstone - to reserve it head to his Instagram account and place your order there.
