Mother Clucker takes over the Endurance

Mother Clucker takes over the EnduranceThe Endurance continues its series of residencies, with the latest seeing them join the enduring (pun... maybe intended) chicken craze of the moment, as Mother Clucker moves from their truck to take the Soho pub over for six weeks.

Fresh from a pop-up at Angel's Lexington, Mother Clucker will be serving up Southern, twice fried, free-range chicken, marinated in a sweet tea brine for over 12 hours, coated in buttermilk and a secret blend of spices. This will mainly be served as the Mother Clucker Combo, a cup of Cluster Clucks (similar to popcorn chicken), a french trimmed drumstick, waffle fries and an American biscuit.

There will also be a Chicken Biscuit Burger- fried chicken breast, American jalapeño cheese and hot sauce in a biscuit bun served with waffle fries and finally Creole Red Jambalaya - cooked New Orleans style with rice, chicken, smoked sausage and tomatoes.

On top of this, there will be plenty of sides from including wings, fried jalapeños and waffle cheese fries.

Mother Clucker at the Endurance starts today (April 18th) and lasts for six weeks at the Endurance - 90 Berwick Street, London, W1F 0QB. Find out more from them on twitter.
