  To celebrate its 275th birthday, and there aren't many London businesses who can say that, high-end wine and whisky merchant Justerini & Brooks has opened a swanky shop and tasting rooms in the Burlington Arcade.

  April brings lots of new restaurants to London, including a couple of double openings with Greek food in Borough and tacos in Battersea, as well as a three-in-one restaurant from Jean-Georges in Mayfair. 

• UBA sees ex-Aqua Kyoto chef opening a Pan Asian restaurant at Hart Shoreditch

  

  It's all change at the Hart Shoreditch hotel where Latin American residency Mostrador is giving way to UBA a Pan-Asian restaurant. Heading up the kitchens is chef Paul Greening who was previously Executive Chef at Aqua Kyoto on Regent Street.

  We're told the menu is being inspired by Paul's travels across Tokyo, Bangkok, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Dishes will include:

• Charlotte Street is getting an Alsatian wine bar and restaurant called July

  Opening in the spring but confusingly named after a summer month, July is going to be an Alsatian-inspired restaurant and wine bar hitting up Charlotte Street.
