EDITOR'S LETTER
Our tour of the British coast continues today with a report on Mor, the amazing new Cornish restaurant from two Michelin-starred chef Tom Sellers. We spent 10 hours on a train over two days going there for dinner, and we didn't regret it.
Back in town, we're kicking off the post-summer holidays fun with the September edit of our Hot Right Now list, which has had a full overhaul so you can see at a glance all the hottest restaurants to book in London at the moment.

CHEF RESIDENCY

Ollie Dabbous is back, with a two-week residency at KÄio
Michelin-starred chef Ollie Dabbous is heading to new live-fire restaurant KÄio on Queensway for a two-week residency this September. Dabbous, who co-founded Hide and earned a Michelin star within six months of opening his eponymous restaurant, will be joining KÄio Head Chef Sachin Mistry for the collaboration.
The six-course menu will showcase Dabbousā minimalist approach alongside KÄioās live-fire cooking, with dishes including grilled sticky rice with yellowtail, Dabbousā signature Coddled Egg, Chilean seabass with plum wine broth and Tahitian vanilla ice cream with warm brown butter madeleines. A vegan menu will also be available.
The residency runs from 16-19 and 23-26 September, with the tasting menu priced at £95, or £80 for the vegan option. Wine pairing is an additional £75.
