Auld Hag and Hot Saint Pizza are teaming up for Scottish pizzas
15 August (Soho) - Simon Rogan's Michelin-starred Aulis London is hosting its first Aulis Social, swapping its tasting menu for a one-day-only menu of cocktails and small plates. Expect dishes including truffle pudding, BBQ Herdwick lamb skewers and rock oysters. An Aulis Set costs £55, while dishes start from £4.50.
15 August (Shoreditch) - Gloria is hosting Sagra di Shoreditch, an Italian street festival in the Museum of the Home gardens. There'll be a four-course feast from Gloria, Kricket and Blacklock, free-flowing Italian wine, live music and more, with profits donated to The Felix Project and Shoreditch Trust's Community Table. Tickets are £75.
17 August (Islington) - Hot Saint Pizza is teaming up with Scottish food specialists Auld Hag for a one-night supper club at The Old Queen's Head in aid of ScotsCare. Expect a menu of haggis bon bons, Scottish-inspired pizzas and deep-fried Mars Bar with banana split ice cream. Tickets cost £40.
20 & 22 August (Canary Wharf) - Sri Lankan bar Zephyr Ceylon is teaming up with Isso Prawn Crazy for two nights of cocktails, bringing five exclusive serves including the Zephyr Sour, Tropical Negroni and Jackfruit Brandy to pair with Isso's Sri Lankan seafood.
20-23 August (Walthamstow) - LARDO takes over 40ft Brewery for a late-summer residency of pizza, aperitivo snacks and beer, including a special lamb kofte kebab pizza and LARDO tiramisu.
20-30 August (Victoria Park) - Crudelia returns to Bruno for a Mexican street food residency, serving up the female-led project’s nostalgic, Mexico City-inspired cooking. Expect a fun taqueria-style menu from chef Kat, with the residency running through the end of August.
