EASTER SUNDAY BRUNCH

A brand-new brunch for the City
It's all change for the weekend brunch offering at the hotel's Straits Kitchen restaurant. Easter Sunday will be the day they launch their brand new brunch offering (with a few Easter specials on that day too).
Guests can peruse the sumptuous buffet as well as an à la carte menu, with extra dishes ranging from fluffy pancakes to crispy fried chicken & waffles.
They're also going big for Easter Sunday with a special chocolate fountain, along with live jazz to make this a truly memorable day.

There's also a new Bloody Mary trolley!
And if all that wasn't enough to entice you down, they're also launching a brand new Bloody Mary trolley. Enjoy seeing staff create your cocktail tableside for you, choosing between their signature Classic Ritual, Butcher’s Mary, and Garden Mary, each crafted with bold, savoury flavours and a touch of brunch theatre.
Both the new brunch menu and Bloody Mary trolley will be available from Easter Sunday and every Sunday after that, with live music planned each weekend too.

SPRING AFTERNOON TEA

A luxury tea house partnership
Stepping things up this springtime, the hotel's new seasonal afternoon tea has been created in partnership with Newby Teas, one of the world’s most celebrated luxury tea houses.
Seasonal pastries include Blueberry & Lemon Macarons, Exotic Mango Mousse, Rhubarb Meringue Tart and Matcha Mousse. The sandwich selection features Burford Brown summer truffled egg brioche buns and Coronation chicken finger sandwiches. You'll also find both plain and golden raisin scones served with Cornish clotted cream, raspberry jam and lemon curd.
They've even got a Tea Sommelier involved
What makes this afternoon tea really stand out is that every course is guided by expert pairing from their Tea Sommelier. There are tea palate cleansers before the savoury and sweet dishes and you can try delicate tea mocktails - from cold-brewed High Mountain Oolong with melon and chamomile, to Oriental Sencha with mango, pineapple, and rose syrup.
