Eurostar's top class has brought in Jeremy Chan, Jessica Préalpato and Honey Spencer to look after the food and drink. We took a trip to check it out.

20 November - Shoreditch bar lowcountry is putting on an Ile de Ré pairing of oysters and cognac. Tickets are £50 and include eight oysters and dessert, two Cognac cocktails and a generous serve of chilled Camus Ile de Ré Fine Island Cognac.

20 November - Boxcar Bread and Wine are having a Christmas Wreath-Making Workshop. Guests get to craft a unique wreath while enjoying a complimentary glass of wine, and cheese boards as they work. Tickets are £85.

24 November - To celebrate the release of the 2024 Eccles Stout from 40FT Brewery and St John they're having a special dinner at Acme Fire Cult in Dalston. Tickets are £65 for a feasting menu which ends with a party and DJs at the brewery.

28-30 November - Novikov's Christmas market is three days of Christmas shopping, food from Novikov’s Italian and Asian restaurants; think homemade pastas in a parmesan wheel, oysters and caviar. They'll be serving up mulled wine or fizz from the Louis Roederer Champagne Ice Bar.

30 November - Mystek Burek is cooking up a Balkan-British feast at Chef's Delight in Sydenham. there'll be a load of sharing platters concluding in a sour cherry baklava sundae. Tickets are £50 each, sold in blocks of two.

They've been popping up at various places across London and now AngloThai, who marry Thai cuisine with UK produce, have launched their own restaurant in central London. 

Motcombs - St John's Wood
It's taken 42 years, but now Belgravia restaurant Motcombs has decided to open a second restaurant. This is similar to the original, with the addition of New York-style pizzas. 

Turo Turo - Tooting
Turo Turo has, until recently, been a popular Filipino BBQ and grill residency in Holborn, and now they've found a permanent location.

The latest food and drink space to open on Bruton Place, Silva has a seasonal menu with a view on worldwide cuisine, and ex Eric Chavot chef in the kitchen and has Terence Conran's right-hand man as a consultant. Opens 21 November

Cafe Mondo - Camberwell
They've had residencies as Mondo Sando and now they're going it alone with a standalone cafe where they'll have a lot more than just sandwiches. Opens 22 November
