Rather than open each restaurant, for the moment they're all uniting under one roof at Elystan Street and are delivering to the areas surrounding the three restaurants.

One of the Test Drives we did in the run-up to The Lockdown, was the rather wonderful Wild Tavern in Chelsea, from the same people behind Goodman and Burger & Lobster. Like many other restaurants, they've been closed since lockdown began but now they've emerged once more, kicking off a takeaway

The people behind Goodman and Beast have come to Chelsea with an Italian restaurant that celebrates seafood, pasta, steak and more. We head over to Chelsea for a look ourselves. 

It's not often we have an interesting restaurant opening to tell you about down in Chelsea, but new Thai spot Talad seems to be a welcome exception. It's what's being dubbed a 'perma pop-up' so the idea is that owner/chef Natalie Tangsakul has six months to prove herself to the good folk of Chelsea (and her landlord). If she succeeds, she'll get the place permanently.

Chelsea folk are about to get a new neighbourhood spot with a distinct Mediterranean focus from the same group that gave us Goodmans, Beast and Burger & Lobster

Colette is a traiteur and deli on Fulham Road that's looking to bring a sense of home cooking to Chelsea. With an ex-Ritz chef in charge they'll be serving up a seasonal menu and running a deli for take outs.

Adam Handling has been a supporter of no waste efforts for a while now, and Ugly Butterfly sees him opening a fully no-waste restaurant. It'll take some of the non-used products from nearby Adam Handling Chelsea and create an entirely new restaurant and menu from them.  

The people behind Caravan launch a brand new restaurant called Vardo in Chelsea - in a very impressive purpose-built building. We head to the King's Road for a look.

The people behind ABQ (the Breaking Bad-style cocktail bar) are gearing up for their next immersive experience, taking over the World's End Distillery in Chelsea for a travel-themed restaurant, with something of a twist of course. 

It's all based around travelling

Ollie Dabbous is back at Chelsea Barracks (a fancy new housing development), where he popped up last spring, with another pop-up. This time it's a cafe called Hideaway. 

This time the pop-up is "inspired by the outdoor world" so expect a rustic look to the cafe and plenty of foliage.

The new opening from the people behind Caravan will be in an impressive new building and serve a globally influenced menu with UK ingredients
