Mamma Dough has been serving up handcrafted sourdough pizzas to hungry South Londoners since 2013, using carefully sourced top notch ingredients from the British Isles where possible, accompanied by locally brewed craft beer. Each Mamma Dough spot has its own daily specials which are unique to each location.
Mamma Dough's pizzas are made fresh to order using handcrafted 48 hour fermented sourdough, made daily by their executive Chef Antonio and his team. They are obsessed with the perfect sourdough, staying true to the traditional Napolitana style of pizza making. Their “Mamma” is looked after like a queen in a secret location in Streatham. Antonio guards and feeds Mamma every day ensuring she is happy, so she can produce what they say are the best sourdough pizzas in London.
If after your pizza feast you're still in the mood for more, try the Mamma Dough's take on a classic Italian dessert, tiramisu, or one of their homemade chocolate brownies. Or why not tuck into the hazelnight - a calzone half moon pizza with nutella, topped with mascarpone sauce.
