If you’re fancying something larger then specialties cooked over natural charcoal on the Josper grill include Barbecued whole seabream with classic Basque vinaigrette, Grass-fed rib-eye with chicken jus and Membrillio-glazed pork ribs with spring onion, hazelnuts & smoked chili jam to name a few.
