Enoteca Rosso takes guests on a memorable journey through Italy, showcasing fresh homemade pasta, carefully curated charcuterie, artisan cheese and seasonal produce alongside speciality wines by region - from Milan to Calibri and everywhere in between.
Highlight pasta dishes include Pappardelle Al Ragout (Pappardelle with wild boar ragout marinated in Mediterranean spices), Tagliatelle Paglia E Fieno (yellow and green tagliatelle served with porcini mushrooms and truffle cream) and Orecchiette Di Barbabietola (pink beetroot orecchiette, served with broccoli rabe and aromatic breadcrumbs).
The kitchen at Enoteca Rosso is headed up by Flavio Militello, who has worked in some of Milan’s most prestigious hotels and restaurants such as Ristorante Peck, Albergo Cavalieri, Ristorante Gioia and with Felix Lo Basso, at his eponymous Michelin-starred restaurant in Milan.
