In the spirit of true British springtime, St Pancras Brasserie by Searcys have just refreshed their Market Menu with all manner of seasonal British goodness including dishes such as Farmhouse terrine with pistachio, pickled vegetables and walnut bread or Seared sea trout fillet with broccoli and creamed Wye Valley asparagus sauce. For dessert, you can indulge in their Raspberry and vanilla parfait with oat and chocolate sorbet.
