This March, the highly-acclaimed British chef Tom Aikens will relaunch his flagship Tom’s Kitchen restaurant in Chelsea. Following an extensive refurbishment, Tom will be introducing an exciting new menu offering seasonal British small plates, perfect to be shared with family and friends.
The new sharing-style menu will constantly evolve, allowing Tom and his team to make the most of the short seasons of some of Britain’s finest produce, such as asparagus, rhubarb, wild mushrooms and game.
From the menu, small plates such as Beef tartare with black garlic aioli, new season turnips and puffed rice and Salt baked heritage carrots, strained yoghurt and carrot top pesto, will sit alongside larger sharing dishes including Spatchcock Norfolk quail with peanut sauce and pickled sweet cucumber relish.
Those looking for Tom’s Kitchen comfort food classics will also be well catered for, with options such as Fish pie with cider, leeks and parsley crumb and Seven-hour slow cooked lamb with mashed potato and balsamic onions.
Tom’s Kitchen Chelsea will also be open for weekday breakfast and weekend brunch, and following the relaunch, the bar will become a focal point of the restaurant for both counter dining and drinks.
