Always good to see the London restaurant industry get a boost - although some of the entrants have a tenuous link to London at best. Nigella just lives here - does that make her influential? And even though she works for the paper - surely Fay Maschler should at least be mentioned?

I searched the article - but couldn't find out how these names were chosen and by who. Does anyone know?
