Dining at the cathedral...
This is the first restaurant venture by Patrick Harbour and Nathan Jones, whose experience is in corporate and TV catering. Head chef Candice Webber trained with Anton Mossiman. 'Good locally sourced food, treated simply' is her kitchen ethos here.
