Oysters in Battersea...

The bloke behind Bumpkin, Ray Duhaney, has come up with a 90 seat all-day brasserie with a massive crustacea bar and organic grocery on the side. Head chef Andrew Evans worked under Mark Hix at The Ivy and Marcus Wareing at Petrus.
