"Chargrilled lamb cutlets came with the largest, juiciest chickpeas I have ever seen. They were slick with lamb fat and simply wonderful. "The best items and the reasons to flock to Morada are meats roasted in the Josper oven. Secreto Iberico, the cut between a pig’s shoulder blade and loin, self-larded with fat, can be cooked high and fast and is served in pink slices exhaling douce nutty flavour." READ REVIEW
