Senkai

Sustainable Japanese restaurant on Regent Street

Senkai is a new Japanese restaurant from the same company as Cocoon. Expect a large dining room which also features counter dining and a cocktail lounge. Food has an emphasis on sustainability, particularly with regards to the fish dishes, and much of the food will be grilled on the robata (a Japanese charcoal grill). Senkai also features a raw menu and an extensive collection of Sake.

"...overall, Senkai doesn’t pretend to strive for total-Japanese authenticity, as it serves just good, progressive food. So here’s to being inspired, and done with style too." READ REVIEW

"...for sheer flare, passion and charm, you can do little better for Japanese food in London. Cocoon is dead - long live Senkai." READ REVIEW
