With a three Michelin starred restaurant over at the Dorchester, this is Alain Ducasse's second London restaurant. It's an informal affair and based on Ducasse's existing restaurant of the same name at Hôtel Byblos in St Tropez with a mixture of French and Italian dishes inspired by Mediterranean cuisine.

"In these sorts of meals what represents the main course is often an anti-climax, but that cannot be said of the resilient texture of baked John Dory wrapped with fennel as soft as a scarf. Vivid seasoning of ginger lifts out of the ordinary slices of duck breast served with fondant turnips and beets." READ REVIEW
