Gordon Ramsay brings the look of a townhouse kitchen to a New York style grillhouse
Chef Jason Atherton trained at the legendary Spanish restaurant El Bulli and brings the froth and fun he learnt there to this lively spot on Grosvenor Square. Most of the menu is in the form of tasting size dishes giving eaters a chance to put Atherton's full range of culinary skills to the taste test.

Independent Reviewed on July 26, 2008 "It came with a brace of little cakes called financiers. Foolish, really, the innocent joy one can derive from wolfing down a couple of City moguls. I hope they won't be the only people who can afford to enjoy Mr Atherton's pungently appealing cooking." READ REVIEW

Guardian Reviewed on July 05, 2008 "My friend went for braised short rib of beef, a cut beloved of New Yorkers. Served from its own casserole dish with carrot purée and three mustards, this deliciously flaky, wine-stewed meat was declared "bloody lovely, as rich and dense as a cracking oxtail stew"." Evening Standard Reviewed on April 16, 2008 "Both Jon, who chose Aberdeen Angus sirloin (10oz for £23.50), and Reg, who opted for Hereford bone-in rib-eye (12oz for £23.50), said the steaks they received were the best they could remember eating. Since they are well-travelled chaps it was praise indeed." READ REVIEW
