Michelin starred Chinese...
The only new Chinese restaurant to nab a Michelin star in the 2009 Guide, Kai is run by Malaysian restaurateur Bernard Yeoh. Head chef is Alex Chow who works hard to redefine what restaurant-goers expect of a Chinese restaurant.
