Heinz Beck takes up duties at the Lanesborough
Heinz Beck made a name for himself as the chef of Rome's premiere restaurant La Pergola where he secured the magic three Michelin stars. Here in London he's taken on the restaurant at the Lanesborough Hotel where he's promising Italian haute cuisine, with the emphasis on haute.
